Ramel World is a dedicated fitness professional with a background in Division I football, athletic coaching, and performance training. He specializes in strength and conditioning, speed development, and helping athletes build both physical and mental resilience.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with additional certifications in nutrition and corrective exercise in progress, Ramel brings a well-rounded, evolving approach to training. His experience working with youth and high school athletes focuses on proper technique, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.
In addition to his training work, Ramel has experience in leadership and program management, allowing him to effectively track progress and tailor programs to each individual. His coaching style emphasizes discipline, consistency, and confidence—supporting clients not only in reaching their goals, but in pushing beyond what they thought was possible.

Most of our classes last about an hour. This gives you plenty of time to warm up, learn new moves, and cool down. Check the schedule for specific class durations!
